The DDA Board of Directors is composed of nine members who are owners of businesses, have business interests located within the Downtown Development Authority district or live in the DDA district. Members serve for 4 year terms. The Village of Holly President holds a voting, ex officio seat on the board. The DDA Board Meetings occur at 6 PM on the second Monday of the month. The meetings are located at the meeting chambers of the Village of Holly at 504 1/2 E. Maple Street, Holly, MI 48442.
