A SOCIAL DISTRICT Allows restaurants to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption in the Social District commons area(Battle Alley). 

THE BATTLE ALLEY SOCIAL DISTRICT goes from Bittersweet on west side of Saginaw sidewalk down to Holly Cafe over into Battle Alley and down to the Moose Lodge. 

THE SOCIAL DISTRICT is open every evening until 10pm from  March 1st through December 31st. 

BUY A DRINK from any social district participating business(listed above). The label on your social district cup gives you permission to enjoy drinks responsibly in the commons area.  No other alcohol drinks are allowed in the social district.

DISPOSE OF YOUR CUP before entering any other shop

SECURITY AND ENFORCEMENT in the Social District will be provided by the Village of Holly Police Department and video surveillance
