To get an idea of what the Village of Holly may be looking for you can check out our Building and Code Enforcement page. A site plan review may be necessary. If the building is within the Historic District, the HDC will need to review and approve any changes. Permits are necessary for electrical, plumbing, building, signage and HVAC work. An occupancy permit is required to open once all other permits and approvals have been acquired.
