Street vendors have always added a wonderful experience to the festival. This year is no different. We are currently in search of high quality vendors willing to brave the eliminates and participate in a holiday tradition.
Booth space is available for rent on Battle Alley and Saginaw Street and the standard size is 10 ft. by 10 ft. If you require a larger area, you may rent additional spaces. We request that all booths be designed, decorated and built with materials representing the 1850's old English street vendors. No plasitc tarps may be used unless covered by burlap. We request that vendors wear clothing that deplicts that same era and that you speak with an old-english accent.
Festival hours are from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and you must stay open until closing.
Please make plans to set up during the week prior to December 6, 2008. You booth must be torn down by Monday, December 22nd.
Vendors are responsible to collect sales tax, carry insurance (a copy of insurance information must accompany your application), and any necessary health department licenses.
Vendor rates are $300 for all three weekends for both a regualr food vendor and craft vendor. Non-profit vendor spaces are $125 for all three weekends. If you are interested in just participating in just one or two weekends the costs go down. This cost include the 10' x 10' space and any necessary electrical hookup.
