The DDA has taken on changes to better serve businesses like your own. The DDA is responsible for the overall economic enhancement and development of our district, which includes the historic downtown, as well as, North Holly Road and Grange Hall Road in the Village limits. An $800,000 streetscape has recently been completed to enhance and revitalize the downtown area.

The Village of Holly offers top quality public services such as 24/7 police and fire protection, outstanding infrastructure, access to water, sewer and other utilities, as well as running a fiscally responsible government. The Village has recently received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 9th year in a row by the Government Finance Officers Association in Chicago. All Village Departments are committed to addressing the needs of current and future businesses.

Holly has countless community assets including close proximity to US 23 and I 75, recreational amenities, a strong and talented workforce, and affordable housing among other things.
