The Village of Holly is in Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan, located Northwest of Detroit and Southeast of Flint. The population was 6,135 at the 2000 census. The village is located within Holly Township.

The Village is within 5 miles of two state parks, has six lakes and has nine parks and/or sporting facilities within the 2.5 square mile area.
