About Main Street Holly

Main Street Holly is a downtown development authority in the Village of Holly, authorized by PA 197 of 1975, with the mission and purpose of preserving historic buildings and property and stimulating economic development and revival within the district area. It is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Village of Holly Council, and is financed by a tax-increment financing program.

Main Street Holly is accredited by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, as a four-point Main Street Program. Main Street Holly coordinates through Main Street Oakland County.
